Overall, I’m very happy with the service and can definitely recommend this company for motorcycle transport between Poland and Spain.

Our journey wasn’t entirely smooth. On the way to Spain, our flight was delayed, which put the scheduled motorcycle pickup at risk on the day of our departure. However, the company stepped in and helped us find a solution.

On the way back, we experienced a delay of a couple of days due to a truck breakdown. Once again, the company managed to arrange an alternative truck and resolve the situation. My only real criticism was that we weren’t proactively informed about the problems and delays. I discussed this directly with the owner, who acknowledged the issue and compensated us for both the delay and the communication failure.

As we say in Poland, you really find out what a company is worth when things don’t go according to plan. And I have to admit that, despite the problems we encountered, the way they were handled was impressive. The owner took responsibility, found solutions, and made things right.

No transport company can guarantee that nothing will ever go wrong, but how they deal with unexpected problems makes all the difference. In this case, the company proved that it can be trusted when things get difficult.

Ja i kilku innych wariatów wpadliśmy na pomysł, żeby zaanektować do ziem Polskich część Bałkanów. Idąc od Chorwackiego Zadaru przez Czarnogórską Budvę, Albański Kotor,  dochodząc do Ksamilu i zmieniając flankę na odwrocie i idąc szczytami Dormitoru, przez granicę Bośniacką na Mostar, a potem Neum i z powrotem odwrotem do Zadaru… to wszystko nie byłoby możliwe, gdyby ten człek nie pomógł w skrytości przewiózł nasze sprzęty wraz z wyposażeniem na teren który chcemy przejąć…

Motocykle odebrał z umówionego miejsca, zgrabnie zapakował i zabezpieczył, potem my maskując się pod pozorem zwykłego turysty, samolotem dolecieliśmy do Zadaru i tam tuż przy lotnisku (20 min spacerku) odebraliśmy moto z wyposażeniem.

W nierównej walce wielokrotnie polegliśmy w potyczkach z alkoholem kobietami i innymi naszymi nałogami (ja np. lubię żelki ;D) co spowodowało że po dojściu do Ksamilu odczuliśmy potrzebę odwrotu. Na miejscu w Zadarze niczym ojciec synów Marnotrawnych czekał ON wraz ze swoimi rydwanami do przewozu motocykli. Tym razem zadanie było trudniejsze, poza ładunkiem w postaci wyposażenia pojawił się ciężki ładunek emocjonalny podparty wrażeniami dla zmysłu węchu ;) mówiąc krótko waliło jak z obory… a Pn dzielnie i bez narzekania… dostarczył sprzęt sportowym w umówione miejsce….

Bardzo polecam - komfortowo, bez bólu, cenowo na kołach wyszło by drożej, a dzięki temu mieliśmy czas żeby jeździć tam a nie po nudnej i niebezpiecznej autostradzie.
